Abstract: This conceptual study examines the influence of religious ethics on business development through an integrated framework that identifies three mediating mechanisms-ethical leadership, moral decision-making, and authentic CSR practices-through which faith-based values impact entrepreneurial success across diverse religious traditions (Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism). The framework incorporates religious diversity and economic development as contextual moderators, addressing limitations in current literature by moving beyond Abrahamic-centric approaches and macro-level generalizations. By synthesizing insights from theology, organizational behavior, and strategic management, this research provides both theoretical advancements and practical guidance for entrepreneurs operating in faith-based contexts. The study concludes with a research agenda emphasizing empirical validation and crosscultural comparative studies to advance understanding of how religious ethics contribute to sustainable business development in pluralistic economies.
